Frequently asked questions
Common questions, clear answers.
Don't see your question? Ask us directly.
How do you decide the right engagement?
After a first conversation about what you need, we propose the smallest engagement that solves it. Most clients start with a project and grow from there.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. A focused project is usually weeks; a multi-user platform is delivered in phases over a few months, with usable releases along the way.
Can you work with the tools we already use?
Yes. We connect to tools like Google Workspace, Notion, payment and messaging providers instead of asking you to replace them.
Who owns the software?
Ownership and licensing are agreed in writing before work starts, as part of the proposal.
What happens after launch?
Every system we run reports to our Operations Hub, so we see problems early. Ongoing support can be part of a partnership engagement.
Do you only work in English?
No. We work in English and Spanish, and many of our platforms are bilingual.
